Granada and Sevilla B&B or Hotel recommendations

Looking for recommendations of either , quaint or boutique style places to stay. Probably two nights in both cities.

I used Booking.com to find apts (family of five) in each of these cities. I narrowed it down to Siloe Plaza & Palacio Cabrera Lillo in Granada (have to cancel one) and Overland Suites Catedral in Sevilla.

Some of the best hotels, at the best print point, have been on our travels in Spain. Local, but nice, preferably family-owned places are the type of places we seek out on our travels.

In Granada, I really wanted to stay in the Albaicin area, the older, more Moorish part of the city. Our hotel was Hotel Santa Isabel la Real, Calle Santa Isabel la Real 17 and 19, 18010 Granada. The place was atmospheric and pleasant, and I loved being so close to Mirador San Nicolás, especially at sunset; we also sat in the nearby Plaza San Miguel for drinks and tapas. The drawback was the long trek down into the rest of the city (there is a city bus, I think we took that once) for pretty much any other meals or activities.

In Sevilla, we stayed at Hotel Amadeus, at c/ Farnesio, 6 and c/ San José, 10, Sevilla. Absolutely gorgeous, and very interesting with lots o mudejar tiles. Our room, #301, had a balcony in front with a small table and chairs. The bathroom was luxurious.

We enjoyed the Amadeus in Sevilla too. It's a few minutes walk from the cathedral.

Sandy,

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Anacapri in Granada, very close to Plaza Nueva & the cathedral.

Another vote for Hotel Amadeus in Sevilla.
We also enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fernando III in Sevilla.

Enjoy your trip!

Edit to add...

Don't forget to book your Alhambra tickets 3 months in advance for best time selection.

Thank you to all, I believe I have a great list now. Is there a train from Malaga airport to Cadiz? Seems like train are the way to go and just rent a car to visit the countryside. Another question, just thinking about Morocco? For a night. Any suggestions?
