I’m having difficulty finding information about the bus to the Granada airport. Rick Steves’ book says it’s at Gran Via by the cathedral and that it’s 3 euro. I can’t find any detailed info except that it runs every three hours and is an ALSA bus. That’s a huge window of time. Anyone have any info? Many thanks!
That would make be really nervous.

Perhaps you can buddy up with one or two others arriving on the same flight and share a taxi?

In the alternative direction, the Autocares José González airport buses begin their journey at Paseo del Violón (Junto Callejon del Angel), and thereafter, stop at the following locations: Acera del Darro, Gran Via de Colon, Jardines del Triunfo, La Caleta, puerta Estacion de Autobuses and at Avda. Andalucia (esquina Facultad Bellas Artes). Each stop is within ten minutes of the previous one, and the total journey of the bus to the airport takes about forty-five minutes. Many of these urban bus stops are located very nearby to popular hotels, Bed and Breakfasts and guesthouses. The first bus departs for Granada Airport at 05:20, apart from on Sundays, when the first bus is at 06:25. Following this departure, the next bus is at 07:45, and thereafter on the hour from 09:00 to 13:00. There are also buses at 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00, seven days a week.
Thank you both! I appreciate your time helping out a fellow traveler!
