We will take a taxi or Uber from Madrid airport to Renfe train station. However I’m confused as to which Atocha station we should go - the Atoche - Alumenda Grandes or the Atoche Ceranias? Could somebody please advise me as to correct station…. If this makes any difference, We will have train take us to Córdoba. Thank you for all the advice I’ve been given.

It really doesn't make any difference, they are just different parts of the same station. https://www.seat61.com/stations/madrid-atocha.htm
And if your destination is Cordoba Renfe is not your only option. You can also use their competitor Iryo, that has a more user friendly website https://iryo.eu/en/home . And depending on which terminal you arrive at, it might be easier to just take the local train from the airport to Atocha.

Atocha is rather large, with a separate area for the long-distance trains. That area is called "Puerta de Atocha"--or at least it used to be. Maybe it's now "Alumenda Grandes". In any case, Atocha Cercanias is for the short-distance trains.
