Girona, Costa Brava in November ??

Hello
Wondering whether it's a good idea to add 2 days in Girona, Tossa de Mar, Platja d'Aro, Begur, Cadaqués regions around November 3rd week. Would it be too quiet and shops closed around that time?
if I go there, I would probably have to miss Seville. Since we don't have any proper coastal areas in our itinerary, I was thinking whether to mix things a bit.
Any opinions are welcome !! Also, it it even possible to roam those coastal areas without a car?

Thanks

I love Girona. It's a real city that certainly doesn't close up at the end of the summer. It is not, however, on the coast.

If by "2 days" you mean 2 nights, that would probably give you about 1-1/2 days by the time you get resettled from your previous stop. I'd consider that good for Girona (though I've stayed longer); at most I'd maybe make a quick visit to a place nearby that's easy to reach by public transportation. The only other place on your list I've been to is Cadaques. Getting there requires a train to Figueres (about half an hour to the Figueres Station, or 15 minutes to the less convenient Figueres Vilafant Station), followed by a bus, which--at least in November--seems to run only four times a day. The bus from Figueres to Cadaques takes an hour; it is a beautiful ride. I have no idea what Cadaques (or the other small coastal towns you've mentioned) would be like during the third week of November.

We loved Girona and spent 3 nights there at the end of December. It's absolutely charming. We did not have a car. We took the train from Barcelona and walked once we were in Girona. From Girona, we did a day trip via bus to Besalu
