Can we do Girona on our own for half day or do we need a guid. Any suggestions for a guide in Girona? Thanks

Are you coming from another location, like Barcelona? We actually spent the night in Girona, and were without a guide while we were there, so one’s not absolutely necessary. Maybe someone here can recommend one for you to consider, if you want.
