My wife and I are flying to Barcelona this Friday to take a Celebrity cruise. We will be staying for a couple of nights in a Hotel and doing some city sightseeing before the cruise. I know we can get a taxi to take us to the cruise port, but where do they drop us off? Will they drive right to the Terminal, ( B ), on Moll Adossat, or do we get dropped at a gate and have to take a shuttle bus to the terminal?

Google maps Street view is wonderful for things like this. It shows the bus and taxi ranks, right outside the cruise terminal building.
Yes, from personal experience, the taxis drive right up to the terminal. It is a public road all the way so any vehicle can drive down the full length of the long quay where all the terminals are, in a long line.
Your terminal is the second in that line, arriving from the city.

My experience with cruiselines is that they don't like to share info like that because it makes them no money. Even when asking a direct question they steer you toward their services. My experience was quite a few years ago but my memory is the same as the other answers, a taxi will take you directly to the cruiseship terminal.
