We are going to be in Barcelona in late April and would like to go on a Gaudi Tour. Can someone recommend a good tour company that includes some walking and some driving?
If u decide to go independently get your tix way ahead online. with a guided tour for La sagrada with timed entry. We successfully did this in January.
Perhaps Enric knows of something, but I don't remember seeing any flyers for Gaudi-specific tours. He is just one of the extremely talented modernista architects who worked in Barcelona, and there are enough great buildings at fairly close-in locations that more than a day can easily be filled by walking and the occasional Metro or bus ride (or taxi, if you prefer).
One challenge for anyone conducting tours of the building interiors is that so many of the sites require timed tickets, and there can still be a bit of delay getting inside, because in some places they seem to count the number of people exiting and only allow that many to enter. A tour company could end up with unhappy clients if it tried to pack those popular sites back-to-back.
Do you specifically want to see only Gaudi's work? Many of us would strongly encourage you to find time at least for the Palau de la Musica Catalana and the Sant Pau site.
I’ve spent time in Barcelona before and plan on doing more than just a Gaudi Tour. I’ve been researching and have found a number of options. Most of the tours take you to numerous Gaudi designed buildings/spaces and include tours of Sagrada Familia and one of the houses, such as Casa Mila. I’m leaning toward a small group/private tour instead of getting on a big bus with lots of people. Hopefully someone out there has taken one of these and will me some feedback!
We did this one and it was wonderful! Love the personal attention and that way you are not rushed to get in and out. Barcelona is one of my favorite cities in the world, so hope you have great time!

None of the three sites covered by that tour (La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, and Casa Mila) have any limit on the time a visitor spends on site (up to closing time, of course).
Sorry guys, not familiar with tours in general -not too fond of "flock visits" when I can avoid them, especially when they can be very easily DIY'd.
Just some thoughts:
1.) Avoid anything that offers you "driving you around in Barcelona on a bus". Many of the places you'll want to see are in either pedestrianized or semi-pedestrianized areas, therefore, you'll end up walking more from where the bus is allowed to park to the site than if you decided to DIY with public transportation.
2.) I am totally with Ann here, there are a bunch of Modernist architects besides Gaudí, which created exceptionally great masterpieces (Sant Pau Centre Modernista, Palau de la Música Catalana, Casa Amatller... etc). I strongly suggest considering this mostly because it might be far easier for you to make an itinerary which makes more sense, which allows you to see more with less moving about. A quick Google search will yield you plenty of Modernist sites to visit in Barcelona.
3.) Still, won't you get too stuffed with Modernism? Sayin' so because whether you like architecture, art or history, this city has plenty of other sites worthwhile visiting featuring different historical periods, from prehistoric remains to Middle Age monasteries and palaces to modern 20th-century prize-winning buildings... and everything in between. Mixing some of these with Modernista houses can make it 'easier' :)
4.) Although I don't "do" organised tours when I can avoid them if I was visiting the city and was adamant for one, I'd have a look at https://runnerbeantours.com/ They offer both free and private tours but in small groups. This is a family-run company who has a great reputation.
But again, surely there are other great tours around as well....
Enjoy!
