If I can't get tickets to the Alcazar, can I purchase a ticket just for the gardens? I realize locals get in free, but we're not local and don't have the advantage of pre-booking except on spur of moment. Is there another alternative? Thanks

The gardens are definitely beautiful, but the msin attraction is the Alcazar itself. We were there in late August and had no problem getting tickets.

We went yesterday about 1pm, line about 45 minutes. Or guides will approach you in line to see if you want to take the tour with them. I think about 10 euros plus entrance fee.
