Hi, I'm having trouble getting transportation the first week in October from Seville to the FRS Ferry
boat for Tangier.
Any suggestions out there please.?

I'd take it as a blessing in disguise. Have you looked at flying?

Coach ("bus") is going to be the better option. Tarifa doesn't have a railway connection and whilst Algeciras does there's no direct route to Sevilla. Try TG Comes for the coach timetable. They probably aren't showing October times yet, but searching for next week will give you an idea of times.

If the following comes up in Spanish, click the Union flag to change to English (though some sections will stay in Castellano).

PS I've never been to Morocco, so cannot comment on Tangiers, but some people on here are quite sniffy about it. Perhaps its just your gateway to elsewhere in the country. Algeciras, though, is a dump so don't plan to spend much time there. Tarifa is okay but dull.

The TG Comes fares seem to pop up maybe two weeks before departure. No need to stress, just check back later. The bus stop in Tarifa is technically walking distance from the port, although if you've got a lot of bags you may just prefer the ease of a taxi. Also, Belo Tours does luggage storage if you have a long stopover before your ferry departure.

Thanks Amy and the other respondents. I'm trying to avoid flying as a last measure.
I will try again to book on the bus closer to my very departure date,\
