What companies has anyone booked with for free walking tours in Cadiz or Barcelona?

If it is a free tour, you don't book anything. You just show up and join the crowd.

Rick's book recommends both Runner Bean Tours and Discover Walks in Barcelona. These "free" guides are working for tips, so you might tip 10 euros per person for a good guide or 15 for a great one. I'd be more inclined to go with a guide from the Barcelona Tourist Office and pay a 15 euro flat fee with no tip. Sorry, no experience with Cadiz.
