Anyone have a restaurant rec in Arcos? Local, solid food. Nothing fancy. A charming setting would be nice too, but food takes priority.
A pastry/coffee spot would be good too.

Bar la Carcel https://www.destinationcadiz.com/business/bar-la-carcel-arcos-de-la-frontera was one of the highlights of our visit. Sat on the terrace, great tapas, wine, inexpensive.

Mesón Patio Andaluz is right in the centre and looks touristy but when we visited on a holiday day in October it was absolutely packed with local people and we ate very well

If you are going low season I saw they are sometimes on Fork and Groupon.....
