I would like to take a cooking class when I'm in Seville in September. Does anyone have any recommendations? When I google cooking classes, viator comes up a lot, anyone with experiences with that website?

I took a class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina in the Triana Market. I enjoyed it very much. There were about 10 of us in the class for English speakers—Americans, Italians, British, and Asian. We made salmorejo, paella, and a lemon sorbet. I would book directly with the school.
