I want to go to Spain in late June and leave early July.
It's mainly to go to the running of the bulls Ibiza, and Barcelona.
I was wondering how much a round trip flight would cost. So far I have seen tickets around 1200. I wonder if that is cheap since it's February.

I would say set up an alert on airfarewatchdog or tripadvisor. Also keep checking on the Matrix Airfare Search: https://matrix.itasoftware.com/ It has a great flexible date search where you can see a good range and get an idea on prices.
With no information about where you are flying from there is no way to tell if that is a cheap price. You probably couldn't find three places that are farther apart from each other than those three, though. How do you plan to go between them?
Except for from the east coast I would say any ticket in the range of 1200 to Madrid in June/July is a good price. Might get cheap but easy to get a lot more expensive.
