Has anyone been to this dinner show in Seville? I saw good reviews. But when I went to book it, the website was going to charge me for the full amount, around $350 for four. Is that customary? I can see a deposit, but for the full amount?

I would wait until the day before you get to Seville.
We had no problem getting into Flamenco shows that time of year in Seville booking the same day or the day before.

The full dinner along with the show is a better experience at Arenal imho (than just the audience in the back or the drinkers along the rail) but the tables are a bit crowded if you are four -- you will probably get one bottle of wine for the table and a small aperitivo each, but tables of two also get the same bottle. There can be a scrum to get inside if it's busy but keep a lighthearted attitude and things will calm down.
(Personally I'd rather give the hotel concierge the booking commission rather than the website, and it allows for more flexibility)
