Tablao Flamenco Las Setas

I'm hoping CWSocial will pop on here to talk about her Flamenco experiences in Seville in November, in the meantime here's her TR - https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/trip-reports/november-getaway-in-andalusia
Thanks for the links especially the trip report link. Will take a look at the venues listed in the trip report.
La Carbonería is in my trip report. I went a couple of times for the free performance, with picnic table seating. If you want to see the full-length view of the dancers, you need to go early and get a front row seat near the stage or a seat along the railing in the "upstairs" area that overlooks the stage from the back. I felt like I had the best seat in the house in the table that is upstairs, immediately behind the stage, sitting at the corner where the railing jogs, but not behind the pole at that corner.
If you get there late, and are seated further away, you just won't see the dancer's feet, which I like to watch.
I didn't go to Tablao Flamenco Las Setas, but their video clip looks entertaining, with choreographed performances, colorful costumes and stage makeup. It's not the type of Flamenco that you would expect to find in a late night bar, but I enjoyed all the performances that I went to, each in their own way.
I will also put a plug in for Casa de La Memoria. It may not be the dinner and bar scene but I loved the intimate atmosphere and the quality. And if you are like me and find flamenco is not your thing., the show lasts just long enough to give you a good idea.
