First time Europe and stranded in Ronda

Thought I be up front and explain I am a novice to Europe. I kind of did things somewhat backward, I guess! I have all my lodgings booked.
Then i started working on transportation (probably no a good methodology). Got from Barcie to Cordoba, to Grenada, to Ronda. Wanted to head to Acros de la Frontera on Sat., Dec.28. But stuck there. I have four addition lodgings booked on my way up to Madrid where I depart from. Looking for an optimal way to complete journey without cancelling every lodgings from Granada onward and re-booking.
Having difficulty finding weekly schedules for either bus or train. I can get a daily schedule, but have to do iterations to find a schedule range.
Any suggestions appreciated.
On the bright side, the whole process has been a learning experience for future trips.
Thanks

Hi! I'm in the process of planning our March trip....so don't have as much experience as someone who has already been. BUT - in this case where you're trying to get creative, could you utilize something like Daytrip to get a ride on your schedule/timing? Could be cost prohibitive - not sure of your budget - but might save you time & agony! Good luck! I will be watching for other's advice!

I'm not completely clear what you are asking or why you are feeling stranded. So forgive me if this is too basic.

For Spanish trains, see renfe.com. The schedules might change in early December, so just pick a date very early in that month that is on the same day of the week you plan to travel because changes will likely be minor. If the renfe website is glitchy for you, as some on this forum have experienced, try thetrainline.com. Trainline will give you the information, and then it is up to you whether you want to go back to Renfe or purchase on Trainline with a small service charge. That's the rail option.

For busses, the most active bus line in Spain is Alsa, alsa.com. See the schedules and routes there. You also may try Flixbus, flixbus.com, and use the internet to search for other bus lines. Again, look at the same day of the week if the schedule isn't published yet.

I don't know if either of these have a weekly schedule posted rather than or in addition to a daily schedule.

Here's a suggestion to help you get better answers in the forum: you say you have four additional lodgings booked from Arcos de la Frontera (note spelling) to Madrid, but you didn't say in what towns. If you post that, the next group of responders who really know Spain will probably come up with exact directions.

I traveled through that area in 2019, but in April rather than December, which may make a difference.

I was able to visit the white town of Grazalema on a day trip from Ronda. I have no idea whether I would have been able to travel beyond Grazalema to a destination useful to you. I know I was unable to take a day trip from Ronda to Arcos; I don't remember whether there was just no bus service at all or the schedule didn't cooperate.

There's rail service from Ronda to Cordoba (via Antequera, possibly changing trains there) and on to Seville.

I know there's bus service to Arcos from Seville or (faster) from Jerez. Jerez is on the rail line between Seville and Cadiz. So you can double back to Arcos from one of those cities if Arcos is important enough to justify that time expenditure.
