A rental property I was inquiring about told me June 23rd is a big celebration in Barcelona with festivities and fireworks. We are excited since that is our last night in Spain. I'm wondering if anyone knows where the fireworks will be shot off from? We may consider renting in that area. Also anything else regarding enjoying those festivities?

There is no central display. The beach area perhaps. A simple google of 'June 23rd Barcelona' will surely give plenty of information.
