Hi. I'm looking at the Spain Travel Health Form right now since my family will be traveling later this week. We're flying from the US to Madrid, but changing planes in Paris. When I fill out the Form, do I just put the flight info from Paris to Madrid? And are there any other regulations I need to abide by for when we arrive in Paris (even though we only have 1.5 hours in the airport there).

Thank you for your response, Bill. I guess the confusion is that they don't ask for your departure city- just the flight number and the date of arrival into Spain. I have 2 flight numbers (the one from the US to Paris, and a second from Paris to Madrid). I filled it out with the 2nd flight only since that is the one landing in Madrid, but I'm hoping that this is the correct info! I wish there was a place to explain if you're stopping anywhere, but it's a short form only asking for your flight number into Madrid.
