What stores in Madrid do I go to shop for these items, please?

No personal experience. I did google "plus size" clothing Madrid and came up with this response. Plus size is the keyword for searching.

I did a quick check and XL/18 in metric is a 44. I looked up blouses on the website of a major department store in Spain, El Corte Inglés, and size 44 seems to be the largest size it carries (of the items I checked). The store has locations across the country in all the larger cities. Not sure why you’re going to Spain the shop. Clothing in more expensive there than in the U.S. and sales are less frequent.
