Hi,
We will be flying into Barcelona and picking up our car there and then driving into France for the remaining month of our trip. Does anyone know which car hire companies do not charge to take the car out of Spain? Our other option would be to just take the train to Narbonne and get a car there but I would prefer to have the car for north east Spain. TIA.

Do you mean you want to travel in France before returning to Spain, so the car will be both picked up and dropped off in Spain, or do you want to rent a car in Spain and drop it off in France? The latter will probably be very expensive no matter what company you rent from.
