Hi forum friends , anyone have experience with the guided tours from Feel the City? It appears they have english guided tours at Seville Cathedral, (rooftop etc), Mezquita, Real Alcazar etc etc . At first when looking to book the Cathedral rooftop tour in Seville I thought these were the official monument websites and services but when I kept seeing Feel the city on all the other towns I started to wonder? Does this Seville Cathedral run their own tours including rooftop or do they only offer the audio guides or ?. Experience and advice pls . TIA .
This is the official website for the Sevilla Cathedral:

They do offer a guided tour of the roof, and you can book it in English.

Hopefully someone with firsthand experience will be along shortly. :O)
Please avoid any products advertised by Feel The City. They are notorious for creating websites that look 'official' but are not, and their tickets and tours are usually upsold sold at premium prices for attractions all over Europe.
To add: just the first 5-6 pages of TA reviews for the company's tours in Sevilla (with mentions of issues at some other European cities) should be enough to convince you not to use them.

Thanks - I figured it was some kind of tour agency , appreciate the confirmation. Will use the direct links from my RS guide…
We booked easily, and well in advance, through the official website. The rooftop tour of the Cathedral was the highlight of Seville for us. Enjoy!
Thanks @mml . It’s not open yet for our visit window but the rooftop is def high priority !
I would avoid them. I bought a combo for the Uffizi + Accademia in Florence, and only a few days before my visit they informed me that the Accademia ticket was unavailable, even though I had booked weeks earlier. They issued only a partial refund, even though I had purchased a combo and was never asked whether I agreed to keep only part of it.
I genuinely believed I was booking through the official website. I only realized afterward that it was a reseller charging far above the official ticket price, which I found extremely misleading.
AVOID! We booked tour tickets to Sagrada Familia with them. Had a bad feeling from the start. Months later, we "received our tickets". The time was completly different than the time orginally booked. Mde it impossible for us to even use the tickets. The good news is that they let me cancel. The bad news is that the time we would have booked directly is now sold out. We were able to get tickets at a less than ideal time, from the official website, but I knew I should have booked directly.
Any of you reporting that you didn't receive your tickets at all, I hope you paid for them with a credit card? If so - and I would ONLY prepay for something like advance tickets with a c.c. card - file a billing dispute with your c.c. company and ask for a chargeback for services not rendered. Have any documents or email correspondence at hand that will support your case.
