Can anyone recommend a good English speaking bike tour of Madrid?

I spend a lot of time in Madrid and have never seen a bike tour on the city’s streets. And given the traffic here, I frankly can’t imagine such a thing.

I never tried it in Madrid. We only stayed and visited high traffic areas. Apparently, there are bike routes. And there are lots of bici rentals for locals so biking is popular. My wife and I rented a tandem bike in Valencia which was a lot of fun.
