Easter closures in Spain

I travel every year for my birthday and next year, Holy Saturday falls on my birthday. What kinds of things are closed between Good Friday and Easter Monday? Will stores, restaurants, museums be open? I usually try to pick something extra fun to do on my actual birthday too (one year it was a cooking class in Paris, another it was the tulip festival in Amsterdam), will I be able to find something to do, not only on a Saturday but Holy Saturday? Thanks for any advice!

Where exactly are you planning to travel?... Spain is not a uniform entity so to speak, both mores and laws can be very different depending the area you visit.

Catalonia and its capital Barcelona, for example, are not too religious, Saturday is a regular day and Sundays are too -from the tourist point of view that is, shops and offices might be closed on Sunday but everything else that matters to a visitor is open (restaurants, transportation, attractions, museums...). Also, some do not close neither on Good Friday.

Thank you! I was considering Barcelona & Madrid, but now I might be looking at a different country (based on where I can fly using my miles at that time of year). Again, thanks for the info.
