Driving stops for Andalucia itinerary between Cordoba>Granada and Granada>Ronda

Fellow travelers:
I'm hoping to get some itinerary help from those of you who have traveled in Andalucia area. :)
I'll be heading to Cordoba, Granada and Ronda next week for partial solo trip before meeting a friend in Ronda.
My original itinerary was hire a rental car as I was leaving Granada on Friday (to drive to Ronda with a stop in Antequera) but now I'm re-thinking that plan and think I'd like to pick up the rental in Cordoba and spend the day sightseeing/exploring some towns on way to Granada. I’d love to be able to see some of the coast during my time in Andalucia (specifically Frigiliana and Nerja Caves.) I’d appreciate any input on how to spend my travel days from CordobaRonda.

My Itinerary:
•March 14- arrive Cordoba (2 nts)
•March 15- explore Cordoba
•March 16- hire car in morning, depart Cordoba and spend day stopping to explore towns on the drive to Granada. Caminito del Ray looks like something I'd really enjoy (weather dependent of course, reservations are still available) and then head onto Antequera possibly?) Looking to arrive Granada 5-6pm? (2nts- Albaicín apt)
•March 17- Alhambra/Gardens/Palaces at 10am, rest of day spent exploring Granada.
(Suggestions for good Alhambra audio guide- already have my ticket.)
•March 18- depart Granada at 9am for Ronda - arrive Ronda at 2pm (1nt)
(stops in Frigiliana and Nerja/Nerja caves on way to Ronda?)
•March 19- depart Ronda, drive to Seville (3 nts)
(stops in Grazalema and Zahara de la Sierra.) If time allows for extra stops, maybe Sentenil de las Bodegas and/or Olvera?
•March 20- Seville
•March 21- Seville
•March 22- Seville > Madrid to overnight for flight home on March 23.

Welcome any suggestions or help with driving itinerary in order to maximize what I can see with a car.
Thanks in advance.

I suggest you determine which route you want to drive, then research the towns along it to determine if there’s anything that sparks your interest. For example, the shortest route between Córdoba and Granada (the N-432) takes you past Castillo-Fortaleza de la Mota in Alcalá la Real. If you like castles you could stop there. From Granada you can head due south to the coast. Salobreña has a nice beach. Then head west. There’s a Roman aqueduct in Almuñécar. There will probably be more places of interest between Granada/Ronda as there are more towns. On the road from Córdoba you’ll pass a lot of olive groves.

Thanks @jamieelsabio- I’ve honestly researched so much that it has been my downfall. I know the areas I want to see but think they definitely have me backtracking a lot. Probably best to stick with Antequera (as originally planned) and stop at other towns as I see them en route to Granada. I’ll look up the places you've mentioned- it’s always hard to know the charming “must see” towns vs those places that could be passed on as there seem to be so many small towns to choose from. I love the look of Frigiliana (and other small towns) with charming atmospheres and cobblestone streets - I’m not one who enjoys big cities- one reason I’m not planning to spend a lot of time in Granada (and the reason I’m staying in Albaicín.)
