We are driving down to Tarifa then taking ferry to Tangier. Does any one have any suggestions on where to park in Tarifa somewhat close to ferry port?

We drove from Estepona last Wednesday to catch the 09.00 ferry however we spent an hour driving around searching for a parking space and consequently missed the ferry. The ferry port has a small car park, the roads in the immediate vicinity provide parking for a maximum of two hours and the nearby parking lots fill up very quickly. I suggest getting there earlier than you think.
