We are considering driving to Andorra from Barcelona in the first week of December. Does anyone with on the scene knowledge know if this is usually doable due to weather? Thanks. Jim

Yes, no problem.
Catalonia and Andorra are connected by major roads, which are unaffected by weather conditions (mind me!). From Barcelona, you can easily reach Andorra La Vella -Andorra's capital city- any day of the year.
