I am planning a trip to Spain and I have a question that I need help. On the buses going between cities, is there a place to put the luggage/bags? Thanks!

Yes, you place your luggage in the hold below the bus and you keep your personal bag with you on the bus.
There are racks above the seats for small bags only.

The driver gets off and opens the storage area for you.
