We will have several nights in Bilbao at the end of May after the Basque Country tour. Any suggestions on restaurants for our evening meals?

First of all, take into account that dining in Bilbao (and Spain) before 9pm is complicated, some places open at 8pm but you´d be the only ones at the restaurant (plus other foreigners). There are plenty of good restaurants and some Michelin star options, what would be your budget for dinner? Where are you staying?

Thank you. We are staying at the Conde Duque. We would consider a Michelin one star or Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Local menu and seafood would be attractive. G2
