We are two persons planning a Spain trip in November- December. Looking to book day tours to Ronda from Seville, and Medieval Village from Barcelona.
Anyone has good tour companies to recommend?

... can you clarify what you mean by "Medieval Village"? I am not sure I understand.
In any case, the general advice is to DIY; it's easy, fun, and you'll enjoy it far more than being toured in a flock.

Go on your own. For me, Ronda would be too far for a day trip.
"Medieval village??? Does it have a name?
