Day trips and Laundry Service in Spain

Two very different topics for one message but here it goes! We will be 13 days in Spain and wishing to pack lighter for several moves to different cities. This will mean that we need to find a place to do laundry around mid point of trip. Below is travel schedule -

July 10 Arrive in Barcelona
July 11 Train to Pamplona
July 12 Bus to San Sebastian (spend two days)
July 14 Fly from Bilbao to Seville
July 14-18 Spend in Seville and day trips (day trip to Cordoba)
July 18-21 Ronda - explore Ronda and day trips (day trip to Granada)
July 21 Madrid
July 22 Fly home to USA

Based on our schedule, what day trips do you suggest or what sites should be on the "don't miss list?"

Any help or suggestions regarding laundry service and day trips would be greatly appreciated.

Two topics? I read only one query on laundry.
Wash in the room sink of your accommodation and hang to dry overnight if suitable. Ask your accommodation if they do such (almost certainly more costly) or ask them for the nearest lavanderia or google city name and lavanderia

Thanks for your advice. Just updated the query to include requests on day trips and key sites to see based on our schedule.

Laundry facilities are everywhere and well used by the locals. Ask your hotel for directions to nearest self serve. Sometimes you can leave your laundry at the self service and someone will wash and fold it for you. Or you may have to go it yourself. And sometimes the hotel will offer to do it for you. All for a fee, of course.

Hard to wash in a sink. I view the sink as a good rinse for daily clothes. We try to find a laundry about every 7 to10 days for a through washing.

Day trips and sites are well covered in any good guide book. Try Steves' Spain book.

There is a coin-op laundry in Seville on the edge of the Barrio de la Juderia. I think they also have a drop-off service. They open around 9 a.m., probably closed on Sundays. It's very convenient.

Will you have a car in Ronda? If not, 3 nights is long time to spend there and Granada's a really long day trip. I'd spend 2 nights in Granada and one night in Ronda, with or without a car. Go from Seville to Ronda, then Granada, then Madrid. It's not efficient to day trip to Granada and then go from Ronda to Madrid.

Hotel Amedeus in Seville has laundry service. We did not use it, but I believe it is 20 euros per (hotel provided) laundry bag.

Funny, Amadeus is where I stayed. I thought about using the laundry service (they probably send it to the laundromat I mentioned, which is a 5-minute walk from there). But I had some things that couldn't go in the dryer so it was simpler to do it myself. Saved about €10.

we were in Ronda in April and used the laundry located on Calle Molino near Calle Padre Mariano Soubiron (near Plaza del Socorro) We dropped it off at about 5 pm one evening and picked it up washed, dried and folded the next day around noon. 10 Euros did a large load.
