My husband and I will be on the late Sept RS Basque Country tour Spain/France. We plan to arrive 2 days early as recommended and stay in Biarritz. We are interested in doing a nice 10-20 mile bike ride one day (hopefully not on busy road with lots of traffic) and kayak the other. We are in mid 60’s but very active and bike/kayak regularly. Any suggestions on outfitters to use or routes. We appreciate your comments,
