I will be in Spain April 25-May 10th, and thinking about booking a road or gravel cycling tour while I am there. I have heard good things about Mallorca and Girona. Does anyone have thoughts on either? Both look beautiful! Thank you!

Mallorca is the most beautiful cycling spot in the world. The section between Deia and Valdemossa is the most memorable section but the entire coastal road Soller to Estellens is magical. Rides to the Col de Soller and Cap de Fomentor are also a must. If you love hills, do Sa Callabra. There is a wonderful cycling shop in Soller called Kilometro Cero.
