Cruise ship tour:All day tour to Ronda or 3 hr tour of Malaga with free time afterwards on our own

Can't decide which tour to take, please advice.
We will be in port in Malaga one day in April, these are the options I'm considering:
Malaga: am 3 hr guided excursion which is included with the cruise, we can spend the rest of the day there on our own after the tour.
or
Ronda: cruise excursion which is a 9 hour guided tour, includes lunch.
or
Or, depending on if an earlier am cruise excursion opens up for the Malaga 3 hour tour then we would then take the afternoon 4 hr cruise excursion to Mijas.
or ......
Local small tour, no guides while in the town to both Ronda and Mijas. The company needs a group of 10 to make this happen. As of today, no one else has inquired about this tour, the company will let me know if there are other inquiries. This tour is less expensive than the tour to Ronda offered by Viking, it doesn't however include a guide while in the towns or lunch which its no big deal, we'll do lunch on our own.
3rd option: This seems rather pricey: Granada Highlights 9 hours, cost includes a guide and lunch.
4th option: If this opens up I'll take it even though it's expensive: Alhambra Palace and Gardens with some time in Granada, includes lunch. I did book (cancelling it later) the cruise tour to Granada and was able to find a 3 hour tour to Alhambra with another company during the time we were in Granada, this was very expensive and I was afraid that the timing wasn't going to work out, cancelled that.
I drive myself crazy trying to decide which is the best option. They all look pretty good.
Thank you in advance.

Granada and the Alhambra is going to be the most memorable and unmissable option so if you don't plan on visiting Andalucia again I would absolutely choose to go there even if it is expensive.....

If you think that at some point in the future you might visit Granada (Seville, Cordoba, other beautiful places in Andalucia which are relatively easy to combine) of the other options:
Ronda is beautiful, but can be very overcrowded with tourists because quite small. Nice if you can walk around and explore the walls and go down to see the view of the bridge from below. I don't think you need to rely on a guide, it's nice just to wander around so I would eliminate the 9hour option if it's very expensive. Here are our impressions

There's loads to do and see in Malaga from the Alcazaba and castle to wandering around the centre and shopping and trying the typical wine, museums, a sit on the beach, Muelle Uno, getting a feel of a busy Spanish city which welcomes tourists but goes about its own business too

Hope this helps
