I’m a little confused about access with private vehicle.
I plan on going mid-week after Oct 13th, am I allowed to drive up? Do I have to access the CO-4 before 07:30?
I get there are solid restrictions during high season but it seems like there is another layer of restrictions regardless. I’m just not sure.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
