Where to stay in the Costa Brava area of Barcelona? Three travelers and a budget of ~$150/night

We stayed at Playa Sol in Cadaques and loved the hotel and the town. Cadaques is a beautiful white town/fishing village on the Mediterranean with white washed buildings with red tile roofs. One of our favorite restaurants on this trip is Nord & Est. Hope it's still there and getting good reviews. This was in 2010.
While at Cadaques, you can visit Dali's quirky house in Port Lligat. Need to make reservations at least a day in advance. Also drove to Cap de Creus to see the lighthouse with amazing views.

We stayed in Tossa de Mar about ninety minutes by bus from Barcelona and loved it. We stayed at the Capri Hotel and Restaurant for four nights. Family run. Comes with good breakfast. It's right on the beach.

I second the recommendation at Hotel Capri in Tossa de Mar. I'm hoping to go back again soon.
