What is the price ranges for Vila's to purchase. And where is the best area to look. And what price range for a rental beach front?

It all depends what size villa you are looking for. Prices in Spain are reasonable and affordable. You could get a three bedroom villa to buy from 150,000 euros but proximity to the sea and a good town is reflected in the price. We are in Benissa near the town and we love it there. However, we need 15 mins drive to the beach. For rentals, look on Airbnb, you will get a pretty good idea but you can rent near the sea during high season for about 1000 euros a week for a three bedroom that sleeps 6-8 people. I hope this helps.
