Movexz,
You don't mention when you plan to take this train but that sounds like a great deal!

You mean €43.50 per person, right?

Spanish trains are very comfortable and we normally travel on Turista class (2nd class), but if you can get this deal on Preferente (1st class), then go for it!

It looks like the seats you listed will be kitty-corner from each other, across the aisle, so not far from each other.

You can see the train seating plan here:Seat61.com/train-seat-plans-Spain

Enjoy your time in beautiful Spain!

Assuming that you booked them as a pair, I don't think seats would get assigned like that (one row apart) unless the train were already pretty full. You can ask someone to switch with you onboard the train.

I agree with Laura. I was just in Spain and that area in November. We used the trains quite a bit. Those seats are close but not together. When I purchased two seats, our seats were always together. I think the train is quite full.

Mayakosover and Barbara,

It's always best to start your own post(s) so you can receive the replies directly.

You can check Spain's official railway website, Renfe.com, for train schedules and prices.

If you book your train tickets in advance (usually up to 62 days in advance) you may find some discounted "Promo" fares.

Enjoy your trip!

Renfre can be a little difficult to manage. I booked my advance tickets through Loco2 and trainline.eu. The prices are the same as the RENFRE site.
