We'd like to have a nice dinner on our only evening in Cordoba. (April 27). Thinking on the south side of the river (Torre de Calahorra) where we could have views of the Roman Bridge and Mezquita all lit up. Can any one make suggestions?

You’d need to look at photos and reviews, but look at Bar restaurante Aldaba, Noor Kebab, Restaurante El Mirador, Taberna La Espumita, or The Club Restaurante The Club. They are on Av. Fray Albino that is the street that run along the south bank of the river. That area is pretty flat and nothing I saw seemed to have any rooftop dining area. Based on photos, El Mirador looks like a place that might be nice and similar to what you’re looking for. The others appear more casual, but with probably very good food.

Check out Hesperia Cordoba on the same street. They have a rooftop bar with the views you are looking for.
