First timers in Cordoba next week, day trip from Seville. Mezquita tour early afternoon. Would like to also see the patios and wonder if we should do self guided tour in town or go to the Palacio de Viana?

You can easily do a self guided tour. We hired a guide and really didn’t need him.

Agree with Barbara. A couple years ago I did a self guided tour. No problem and simple to do.

What I remember is they did guided tour around the mosque/church I am not sure

I’m here right now on the RS Andalusia tour. The Palacio de Viana gardens are wonderful, definitely recommend, the patios tour is an easy self guided tour that does not take long to do, less than an hour. You will be able to do all 3 things! I hope the weather improves for you, it’s been so cold and rainy!

This is great info - we will be there in March for a day trip! Are there certain self-guided tours or day itineraries you would recommend? I will be purchasing our Mezquita tickets soon! Thank you!
