Hello New Friends and Andalusian Experts!
We will be in Cordoba for 3 nights in late September. Is the "Night Tour of the Mezquita" especially interesting or is it a tourist grab? At 18Euros each senior for a 1-hour tour, I'm undecided. Grateful if anyone has first-hand knowledge. Gracias.

I took this tour last year when I spent 5 nights in Cordoba, and thought it was well worth the cost., which--considering that this is among the architectural and historic wonders of the world--was quite nominal.
The Mezquita had very few people around, other than those on the tour......it was a lovely experience.

The only drawback for me was the no-photo rule. Note that this should be in addition to a daytime visit, not in place of one.

We loved the night tour and thought it was worth the extra money. We went back the next day and toured on our own with the audio guide so we could take photos and learn more.
