We will be staying 1 night in Cordoba, Dec 29, 2019. I found Hotel Mezquita has a family room for 4. Would this be one of the best options for us, considering we have 1 day/night and are 4 persons? Any other recommendations for 4?

Don’t know this one, though it’s perfectly situated. We were on the other side at Maimonides, price was good and a very nice hotel with very good reviews. They had parking in the basement which was something I needed at the time.

We stayed at Hotel Mezquita in November of 2018 and liked it very much. It was convenient (12 feet away!) from the Mezquita. It's in an interesting, slightly quirky building. Our room for 2 was HUGE with a clean, nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful.

Last time in Cordoba, we stayed at hotel Albucasis in the historic center, only a few minutes walk to the Mezquita. It was perfectly adequate for one night, but nothing special. No idea if it has family rooms. It does have paid parking if you have a car, but ask for directions. As there is no driving in the historic center unless staying at a hotel in the center, you need to press a button on a wall and have the hotel lower a bollard so you can drive to the hotel. Parking is tight.
