Cooking classes in San Sebastián in October

We will be travelling to Spain in October and will visit Barcelona, San Sebastián and Rioja over a 2.5 week period. We love to cook and sample wines and would consider ourselves to be knowledgeable and fairly adventurous. We would like to take a cooking class in San Sebastián as it is written up as a foodies delight! Anything with wine and food pairings even better!

We have been looking on line for a cooking class but the prices are a bit high, 165 euros per person. Do you know of any that are good but more reasonable in price? Or any that you would highly recommend and are worth the expense?

The only cooking-class-company that Rick mentions is http://www.sansebastianfood.com/, actually listed for their tours. If you're interested in the Michelin-starred restaurants in either San Sebastian or Barcelona, try to reserve now. Outside of S.S., I found Mugartiz and Etxebari to be very worth my time and money, but have not tried the top places that are in the city. Pintxo bars are also a big deal in San Sebastian.
