hey tyler
don't know when you plan on going, my BFF is from the french basque side near saint jean de luz. you can check biarritzbylocals.com under tours then gastronomy, a cooking class and invite for dinner at locals home, bascovino.com does tours. an error occurs when you click so email them what's available, mimofood.com does some in san sebastian. if you have a chance drive to saint jean de luz to saint-jean-pied-de-port to the smaller villages nearby. stop in a local shop for handmade local products, jams jellies brandy wine liquer crafts chocolate bayonne ham. some are sold at local markets called halles. stop at a tourist information shop to get more info, spend the night in biarritz or saint jean de luz, a gorgeous part of the basque plus the spain side. happy travels and hope this helps.
