We will be in Spain next week for a 3 week trip. I'm interested in taking a cooking class in either Madrid, Seville, San Sebastian or Bilbao. Has anyone taken one they'd recommend?

We took a paella, sangria, gazpacho class in Seville. The place was in the market just over the bridge into Triana called Taller Andaluz de Cocina. It was fun, a small group, and of course our meal afterwards was delicious.
Also in the Triana neighborhood we took an hour flamenco dance class. It was a hoot. Very inexpensive. We booked through Seville Walking Tours. A couple from our cooking class was there with us. Just 6 people and a lovely young lady. Enjoy Spain!

Those people are making a beautiful service in Seville. I have been told by many people they enjoyed the experience very much.
