Cooking class in Barcelona

I am considering Barcelona Cooking. They make several dishes but keep
paella and catalan creme as a staple.

Marta's Paella class looks great, but she only make paella. It is the prettiest
paella of all, but I want to make the catalan creme...looks like creme brulee.

There is also Cook and Taste Barcelona.
