I am long overdue in my review of Born to Cook in Barcelona. This cooking school is situated in the heart of El Born, down an old cobbled path in the old town. My family of four - my husband and I and our teen girls - took a class there in June, 2017 and it was one of our favorite things to do on any vacation! The class started with a fantastic market tour to buy the ingredients (at a REAL food market, not a tourist trap). We got lots of tastes and had fun chatting with the vendors. Then back to the beautiful kitchen to cook a spectacular meal. This class was worth every penny and more - a great bargain given that it included a giant meal with wine (for the adults) and great instruction!
