I just signed up or the trip to Spain in May 2023. But I did not receive a confirmation and they do have my correct email address. How long does it take to get a confirmation?

I paid my deposit today 12/26 about 30 minutes ago. Yes, I forgot it’s a holiday weekend so I’ll wait a few days. Thank you for your quick response.

They're probably closed today, maybe even for the whole week. My experience has been that the confirmation comes the same day, but this isn't a typical week.
It's a great tour, I hope you can manage a few days before and after. There's much more to see and do in Barcelona than the tour covers, likewise Madrid. And Cordoba is an easy stop, worth a day or two, on the train between Sevilla and Madrid.

My understanding was that even when there isn't a holiday, they have the first day of the week as a staff day to discuss what's going on. Even if it is a multi-million dollar operation, it's still a small company with a smaller than expected staff, and have not out-sourced customer service to another continent.
