My wife and I are looking for a laid back authentic Spanish town/fishing village on the water not too far from Malaga airport to decompress for a few days before starting a few weeks touring Spain. Would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks

Neil is on target with his comment as the area west of malaga is heavilly developed and the quintinsential laid back authentic spanish fishing village is long gone.
