Trying to find activities to cool down from the hot temperatures in Spain in July. Curious if anyone has been on the Classic Sail Barcelona tour with Skipper Dave? It is recommended in the AAA guidebook, but I don't see it mentioned in Rick Steve's Barcelona book, which makes me a bit tentative.

Don't let that absence dissuade you. I'm not sure this product is really on our radar, or that Rick puts much thought into Barcelona as a beach destination. You need to keep cool!
I don't know anything about them personally but I looked on TA and they get excellent reviews so I might give them a try. It sounds like a good time.
