I'm looking at buying the City Pass for Barcelona, there is a senior rate and it includes Sagrada Familia, Park Gruell and the hop on hop off bus plus more. Any comments are appreciated.
The HO/HO buses in Barcelona haven't gotten good reviews here. I observed a long line of folks waiting at the Placa de Catalunya stop back in 2016, and it was obvious they would not all fit on the next bus. City transit in Barcelona is really a better option for getting around the city, overall. It's not expensive.
The City Pass only includes tickets to two sights. They both sell senior tickets themselves (€21 for La Sagrada Familia and €7 at Parc Guell). All you get at (some) other places is a measly 10% discount--and some of those may have senior tickets that would be cheaper.
So, no, I don't think the City Pass is a good idea at all.
I agree with Anne
